    毛賽君

    博士,復旦大學青年研究員,本科和碩士畢業于南京航空航天大學,博士畢業于荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學,曾獲教育部國家留學基金委頒發的“國家優秀自費留學生獎學金”。曾在GE全球研究中心工作10余年,獲得“GE個人技術卓越成就獎”等多項重要獎項,主持多項碳化硅電力電子科研項目,研究領域主要集中在寬禁帶功率半導體器件封裝、驅動與系統集成與產業化,發表國際、國內論文40余篇,獲得40余項國際、國內發明專利與申請。
